How to Use the Framework

This framework is designed as a practical and flexible tool that can be
used by different types of users, including farmers, cooperatives,
advisory services, policymakers, private companies and researchers.

Users may approach the framework in different ways depending on their
needs:

• To explore existing soil health business models and understand their
  main components.
• To support decision-making when choosing between alternative payment
  schemes, contractual arrangements or monitoring approaches.
• To design new soil health business models adapted to specific local,
  economic or environmental contexts.
• To assess the feasibility, scalability and long-term sustainability of
  existing initiatives.

The framework can be used independently or in combination with the
NOVASOIL toolbox and other project outputs. It is conceived as a living
resource that can be updated and adapted as new evidence and experiences
emerge.
