2nd plenary meeting

The 2nd plenary meeting, scheduled for October 23 – 24th, 2023, in Munich (Germany) at the Freising, will address the following key topics:

  1. Lessons Learned and Tool-Box Development: The meeting will focus on sharing and discussing lessons learned from the partial development of Work Packages 1 (WP1) and 2 (WP2). Additionally, WP2’s findings will be used to contribute to the development of a toolbox of incentives in WP3. This involves the exchange of insights and experiences related to project progress.
  2. Preliminary Analysis of Current Policies: Participants will engage in a preliminary analysis of existing policies, likely related to the project’s scope. This examination will serve as a foundational step in understanding the current policy landscape.

Meeting Objectives:

  • Validation of Deliverables: The meeting aims to discuss and validate all deliverables that are due for submission by Month 12 (M12). This process ensures that project milestones and objectives are on track.
  • Synergies and Collaborations: It will explore opportunities for synergies and collaborations between Work Packages 2 (WP2), 3 (WP3), and 4 (WP4). This collaboration is essential for a well-coordinated project.
  • Working Groups with Sister Projects: The meeting will also involve the formation of working groups with related sister projects. These groups will facilitate knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and collaborative efforts.
  • Organizing First Periodic Review: Lastly, preparations for the first periodic review of the project’s progress will be discussed. This review will provide an opportunity to evaluate the overall project status and address any concerns or challenges.

Overall, the 2nd plenary meeting will be a crucial event for sharing insights, validating deliverables, fostering collaborations, and preparing for a project review.
